Janelle is an E-RYT 200 hour certified yoga instructor. She has led 27+ teacher trainings and lifestyle programs. She holds accreditations in several styles of yoga, personal training, and kick-boxing; which gives her the ability to navigate a room of individuals and customize their practice for an alignment based full-body experience.

Her passion for yoga and ability to serve as an effective teacher is apparent through her connection with students and understanding of their personal body alignment and injuries. Janelle’s classes are inspired, stimulating, and methodical in sequencing due to her extensive background Physiology and Orthopedics.

As a lifelong athlete, when not immersed in the world of yoga - you can find Janelle running with her Golden Retriever Tula, snowboarding, hiking, and enjoying all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. When asked what she looks forward to most about this yoga journey she replied, “I’m really looking forward to helping people find balance and feel inspired to keep doing what they do after they leave this beautiful and transformative space.”
