Renee Sessions (E-RYT 200, YACEP) completed her yoga teacher training in 2015 through Other Side of the Mat (RYS) in Tampa, Florida. 

Teaching is a privilege, and Renee aims to lead accessible, well-rounded, and invigorating classes wherein students connect to their joy, strength, and confidence.  

Renee currently lives and teaches group yoga classes in Tallahassee, Florida.
