Michelle Taylor holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Performance Management with a minor in Nutrition from Weber State University. She was introduced to yoga in 2000. Michelle is an ERYT 500 through Yoga Alliance. She has a daily Ashtanga vinyasa yoga practice and continues to study with her teachers Kino MacGregor and Sammy Brown as often as she can. She also studies Ayurveda and has a daily meditation practice. Michelle believes that the principles of yoga and Ayurveda will help people find true lasting health, happiness and wellness. She believes yoga is a very personal practice and encourages students to stay connected internally through their breath during the practice. Michelle's classes focus on breath, strength, mind-body awareness, and having fun. She teaches both group and private lessons.
