Megan is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) through Yoga Alliance, meaning she has logged over 1000 hours of teaching! She also is active in instructing children's yoga through workshops and camps, as a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT). Megan focuses on offering an embodied experience that allows students the freedom to trust their own sensations and feelings, and holds space for her students to nurture their own mind-body-spirit connection. She uses breath work, creative sequencing, nature and rest to aid in fostering the opportunity for connection for her students.
