Balances her power flow with Vinyasa, Yoga Fundamentals, encourages students to use traditional elements and techniques to overcome the pull of opposites (duality) and to develop one-pointed attention. Also a Health care practitioner for over 29 years and attuned to Reiki Master.

She is earth, grounding energy that speaks about serving yourself, loved ones, and the world at large. Her creative artistry and music inspire curiosity about the space inside the mind-body and align from this perspective.  

My teachings illuminate alignment and inner strength allowing a functional approach to Asana, offering a hearty mix of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Functional Movement with a surprising degree of personal attention to my Yoga students. As a Led Yoga Teacher, Transformation, Awakening, Inspiration, and joy through my long term personal Yogic practices.
