Kelsey found yoga after many years of playing athletics and her first experience was interesting to say the least! Kelsey is a naturally fast paced person and yoga really made her slow down. After a couple classes and trying out a hot vinyasa class, her outlook totally changed! Flowing through the postures and really tuning into her breath helped her relaxed and find an inner peace. She decided to further her practice and completed her 200hr yoga teaching training at Core Power Yoga in Chicago in 2015 under Tony Siefring, Lora Swarts and Amanda Lyons. She loves teaching, meeting new people and learning from her students. Every time she steps onto her mat she feels a deeper connection with her mind, body and spirit and hopes you will too! When Kelsey is not on her mat, you can find her enjoying the outdoors and wishing she was on a warm, sunny beach!
