I am mostly teaching: hatha flow, yin yoga, mantra singing.
My yoga path started by reading yoga philosophy and upanishads age 13. By 17 I started to practice asanas, a few years later I found meditation. From 30 on i fell in love with more restorative practice styles. These days I love teaching everything slow like yin yoga, pranayama and meditation.
I cannot even remember not teaching yoga as I have always shared practice with family and friends, and started my official teacher-training after many years of self-practice. Since 2016 I am teaching for a RYS in the 200/300 courses as a lead teacher.
For me yoga is psychotherapy while keeping the body afloat.
My favorite teacher is Sudhir Rishi, he is very resourceful and my biggest inspiration.
I mostly work for two wonderful studios and two YA registered yoga schools.
My latest development has been to deep dive into the devotional practice of mantra singing and playing the harmonium.
