I began teaching fitness and personal training in 2007. That is what brought me to yoga. My initial start in yoga was just to work and expand my horizons. Once I began doing hot yoga in 2010 everything changed!
I have been practicing and teaching hot yoga since 2010 and it is every part of my day. Practicing yoga has fixed EVERY issue with my body and has shown me the amazing capabilities that I never knew possible. Practicing yoga has made me very happy and lucky to have found this but TEACHING is my passion. Being able to help people and see the gains each person that comes in my studio accomplishes is what drives me. Yoga is a lifelong practice for me and I hope to be able to continue to pass that on to everyone for a very long time.
