Heidi Sormaz, PhD, E-RYT 500, is the founder and owner of Fresh Yoga in New Haven, Connecticut. Teaching for 20 years and training teachers for 12, Heidi’s classes are unique combining her expertise in psychology, meditation and yoga. Heidi is a Forrest Yoga (FY) Guardian Teacher. She currently teaches the Forrest Yoga 200-HR and Advanced Teacher Trainings, designed and teaches the Fresh Yoga 200HR and 300HR Teacher Trainings, and travels nationally to present workshops and trainings.
