After years of cervical disc pain and surgery, Hilary’s search for a drug-free method of pain relief brought her to the practice of yoga. Her impressive results supported her interest in pursuing more yoga study and training, and she completed her 200-hr HTTI in 2015 and her 500-hr HTTI in 2019 in Tucson, Arizona.
Though her goal to realize teacher training was to better understand the physiology of yoga, she soon found her desire to help others through teaching. Hilary leads others through private and small group yoga practices. “I find teaching rewarding when certain pieces fit and you see obstacles overcome, or new awareness reached, through Asana, Pranayama and Meditation”.
Working with Innergy Corporate Yoga, Hilary hopes to continue to help her students (and herself) to investigate the ways our physical and subtle bodies become misaligned, and provide powerful tools for restoring a more natural, empowered presence through Hatha, Restorative, Yin Gentle Vinyasa Yoga including Meditation, and breath work.
Hilary can work in person, online, in a home or work setting, or as part of a conference or convention.
