Stacy Harriott is a certified E-RYT 200 Instructor, YACEP with Yoga Alliance and KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor. Stacy loves to explore the connection between movement and breath. Her classes integrate established poses with breath, meditation, flow, and lightheartedness. Yoga made a significant impact on her recovery from SCC cancer. She believes that “through yoga, we can learn to gracefully navigate our ever-changing lives and flourish”. Stacy encourages each person to develop an awareness of themselves through their own practice with the hope that each student will carry their practice into their daily life. Stacy holds a BA in Anthropology and Archaeology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Growing up in a military family, Stacy has lived and traveled extensively. Stacy loves to discover different types of yoga and visits new yoga studios wherever she travels
