She has over 10,000 hours in training and course development in Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, Buti, Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap and many other fitness modalities. She believes that change happens through movement. Her enthusiasm is contagious and she inspires everyone to be the best versions of themselves. She is professionally trained in dance, and interior design. She owns numerous successful businesses with her best friend Jasher Feellove who also happens to be her husband.
