Hi, my name is Tessara Tucker (I also go by Tess, Tessie and don't have much of a preference lol) I can be described as a human of many trades. My passion is for healing practices, accessible yoga, trauma-informed language, creativity and the exploration of being a human.  I have grown my skills as a means of exploring healthier coping strategies with the impact of trauma and chronic stress from a young age. Some of these experiences include;  loss, abuse, postpartum depression, depression, anxiety and many other things that can lead to the disconnect of brain to body or add to the “loss of sense of self”. The practices I offer come from a personal place of my own continuous exploration and practices. The goal is to hold space for connection through creativity, movement and authenticity. 

My offerings are often a collaborative effort to connect communities and create a safe space for you to explore ways of healing yourselves.
