As a Yoga practictioner I seek to find the better version of myself, constantly. In a way that's focused on the destruction of ignorance, becasue we all ARE, we just got distracted somewhere along the way, and to find the way back we can find the tools to remove our ignorance and learn how to unlearn in the practice of Yoga as taught by the ancient ones.
As a Yoga teacher I like to make sure that everybody is having a nice time, from the "stiff beginner" to the "advanced practitioner". My most beloved teachers are my daughter and the Pacific Ocean.
I am the joyful bridge between the gross and the subtle.
