OM dwivedi is an internationally renowned Yoga spiritual master.
OM dwivedi was born and raised in the town of Rishikesh, the world Yoga capital Rishikesh in Himalaya, India, at the foot of the Ganga. I started studying Yoga at the young age of 14 years, Yoga journey guided by my spiritual guru in 1990. Because some due to physical problem and Yoga help him lot with my physic problem and I got enough flexibility and strength in my body.
Then he entered the famous omkaranada Ashram in Rishikesh
Two year diploma in ayurveda and yoga from Allahabad, Varanasi and
I study Yoga. After sivananda yoga Vedanta academy Rishikesh.
I study philosophy and practice yoga there with several teachers and After I took admission to Teacher Training certificate course THE INTERNATIONAL SIVANANDA YOG VEDANTA CENTER NEYYER DOM KERALA SOUTH INDIA. There Under the guidance of many masters, I studied yoga intensively - the various forms of yoga – Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Karma Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and the various other elements like Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (yoga postures) and Dhyana (meditation).Along with this, I learn related areas such as Ayurveda , Mantra chanting .
OM dwivedi has conducted numerous Yoga workshops, yoga training sessions for groups and individuals, all over the Travel Industry in Rishikesh and started his own Yoga studio, Yoga Chakra Rishikesh.
Adapting ancient yoga techniques and yoga postures to suit contemporary lifestyle requirements, OM Dwivedi founded Chakra Yoga. This form of yoga is to open our energy centers, chakras and extremely powerful system of Yoga that requires strong concentration and spiritual dedication.
