I attended my first yoga class in 2005 and immediately fell in love with it. After a couple of years doing yoga I found something precious and calm that took me on a journey of yoga training: 200-hour RYT, 300hours RYT, Ayurveda, Methodology, Meditation and advanced teacher training retreats.
After a couple years of continuing edducation I decided to go on a journey to India for intensive Vipasana teacher training, Hatha yoga teacher training and Ashtanga training with Swammi G, and other amazing yogi masters from the heart of yoga, "Rishikesk".
Becoming a Certified Yoga 500 RYT, 200 E-RYT and YACPA instructor and teaching yoga to others has been one of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences of my life.
I teach a traditional style of Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin yoga with emphasis on breathing, helping students to not only improve their strength, flexibility and balance but also to help people de-stress and find their inner peace in this fast paced, demanding world, teaching and inspiring students to blossom into their greatest selves, always entering every class with patience, love and compassion.
