Frances Uhrich E-RYT500. Frances has been practicing yoga for almost 20yrs. Realizing all the benefits that came with a regular practice, decided to take the next step on this journey. I completed my 200hrs YTT from Zenya Yoga Academy, 2014, and added to this by completing the 300hrs YTT also from Zenya Yoga Academy, 2016. I have also completed Module I, II, and III of Yin Teacher Training with Biff Mithoefer.
Yoga has brought into my life an abundance of joy, peace, patience and a new found love of life. I believe everyone can benefit from yoga and meditation, little steps at a time, just take the first one.
