I felt a sense of calm and relaxation combined with strength and courage the moment I first stepped onto my yoga mat. This feeling compelled me to return to my mat time and time again. I felt called to share this gift with others and am a 200 hour E-RYT. I will begin pursuing my 300-hour certification in June 2020. 

I co-lead the 200-hour teaching training program at Power Life in Des Moines. I teach vinyasa flow, hot, restorative and yin yoga, and am trained to teach yoga to our first responders. In my classes, expect to be challenged and brought to your edge but in a way that revitalizes you and helps you realize your strengths and potential.

I also lead private yoga sessions where I share the joy of yoga with individuals of all experience levels and those with chronic health conditions.

Off my mat and outside of the studio, you can find me traveling the world or with my nose in a book.
