There is a path and ... the path.
The one that I choose with everything that I am (and I am not).
When I am on it, I am in the right place at the right time and I do the right thing.
The path I am currently on reflects my understanding and awareness, as well as provides the knowledge that fosters my growth and development.
Everybody wishes to be happy. To accept themselves, discover who they are and why. To immerse themselves in the present moment and live consciously. This can be achieved by practicing yoga, which establishes the connection between body, mind and breath.
Yoga is a path to your inner self – it leads to your feelings and your true nature. It is the path of mindfulness, inner peace and joy. Practicing yoga means living in the present moment with all that you are.
We do not aim to enchant your mind … to create a fairytale image of yoga using wonderful words, enticing photographs and sensuous music which make you wish to practice yoga … kindle the inner fire … exploit the nature of mind even though the intention is good.
Our aim is to encourage people to realise that yoga knowledge and skills are acquired only through hard work on themselves. This is why the path of yoga can be sometimes thorny. Uncovering subconscious beliefs and subordinating ego wakes up the sleeping dragon.

POT JOGE yoga school is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete an approved training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
