AlakhYog believes that learning the right techniques in YTTC is essential. Therefore we teach classic Hatha Yoga and different yogic breathing and meditation techniques (including powerful sufi meditation techniques) with thousands of years of tradition in India.

AlakhYog believes in giving you a rainbow bouquet of methods to be unfolded in your own individual creative way.

For us, learning Yoga is not only about learning different styles of physical exercises and Asanas to keep body fit and mind calm but we also understands that through Yoga, a  journey starts towards self realization and awareness. 

We believe in understanding our students as Individual and emphasis on their inner and outer growth. We share with them, whatever we know and understand about Yoga, life and spiritual Journey. Meeting with different living masters is arranged on regular basis, so that our students may resolve their inner queries in all walks of life with their own personal discussion.  

For Seekers/Sadhaks, who wish to go deeper in realization of their inner self, we arrange Silence retreats in Himalayas' on donation basis. 

We do not believe in making our students merely a Yoga Teacher but to transform them into a better individual and a human being
