Online Certification

Our online Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training Program is a 200 hour course that you can do at your own pace.  This program is divided into 3 modules.  Once each module is complete, you will be eligible to register for the next module.  Once you complete all 3 modules, you will receive your certificate of completion and be able to register as an internationally recognized yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT200.

In Person Certification

Our in person Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training Program is a 200 hour course that is held in the Fall on Saturday and Sundays from 1PM-4PM.  This training prepares you to teach the 26 class with us and certifies you to register as an internationally recognized yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT200.

My experience with Emily was amazing! I have been practicing at her studio for a few years and her classes and teachers are always fantastic. Teacher training taught me so much more than I would have ever expected. I feel like a real Yogi now that I’ve been shown this completely holistic way of reframing your life and thinking through yoga. I have so much more confidence now that I can speak to yoga as being more than just a physical practice. Emily is a fountain of knowledge and I can’t wait to continue my education! Full Review
