The Yoga TTC at Shammi's Yogalaya was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. It changed my outlook towards my own fitness regime and helped me understand the nuances of what it is to be a good teacher with an eye towards anatomy, yoga philosophy and nutrition. My growth as a teacher ever since is deeply rooted to the minute details to be observed in each asana, which I very much learned from all teachers at Shammi's Yogalaya led by the one and only, Yogini Shammi Gupta. Shammi has been my guiding light for everything “health” since over 6 years now and has completely transformed the person I am today. So much so that I felt like pursuing my career in yoga and went on to doing my 200 Hour TTC as well as a specialisation course in Pre & Post Natal yoga both from Shammi’s Yogalaya. A lot of schools offer both the mentioned courses but the way the Shammi has designed it truly stands out. As a product of Shammi’s Yogalaya one can confidently claim to have all the necessary and valuable knowledge of all aspects of Yog. She ensures her teachers are not only well versed with Asanas but it’s underlying philosophy and it’s anatomical benefits. Being taught by Shammi and all the faculty imparting these courses at Shammi’s Yogalaya has been truly the most enriching experience and I doubt it would be the same had I chosen to do the courses elsewhere. Shammi truly can transform lives and it’s rare to come across gems such as her in today’s day and age. Full Review
