Rainbow Yoga provides an excellent foundation for kids' yoga classes. I learned how to create dynamic, interactive, and fun classes. I enjoyed how they encouraged the teachers to be creative and think outside the yoga box. I think this training has benefited my ability to teach adults as well. Full Review
