TULITA [too-lee-tuh] adjective
1. to attain a balanced state
2. to reach the height or peak of self awareness
Origin of word: India
EST. 2015

The entirety of the Tulita Yoga movement is dedicated to safe understanding and teachings of yoga for both the students and the teachers. Our course represents an in-depth understanding of Asana (poses) on all levels.

Our 200 hour Yoga Alliance recognized course is both a modern and ancient approach to the sacred teachings of yoga. Including styles that of Restorative, Hatha, Vinyasa, and flow, with an in depth combination of each individual essential element pertaining to the definition of yoga it self; mind, body, and spirit. Our method embraces a deep anatomical, spiritual, and psychological reflection of Asana, in conjunction with a detailed guide to safe sequencing. The Tulita Movement was established as a late chronicle of historic enlightenment. In its entirety, Tulita remains faithful to the Indian origins in all aspects of Yoga.

The extensive Tulita training manual is extremely detailed with many seminar references
to alignment, asana origin, common unsafe confusions, basics, and all things necessary for a student to become the teacher. The manual provides the trainees with three entire creative flows for future use, about a dozen variations of Sun Salutation Bs, as well as an extremely in depth guide to safe sequencing referencing both the spiritual and physical benefits of a well rounded Vinyasa flow. Also included is a two hundred and thirty page Asana Guide, with a very detailed list of safe and correct cues and benefits for each pose. In addition, we provide a sixty page section with inspiring ancient and modern quotations and readings for personal and teaching use, with references from Patanjeli, to Rumi, to Buddha, to John Lennon!

The upcoming 2020 training will run as a 10 weekend course over a two month period of time. The hours include 7:000am-4:00pm on Saturday's and Sunday's from April 18th to June 21st.
