Welcome to tapas!

Yoga is an ancient tradition of personal exploration and growth. At tapas, we are proud to be the premiere studio for Quad Cities yoga, and honored to share this transformative discipline with so many. Our two studio suite offers classes including beginner, vinyasa and Ashtanga. All tapas teachers have completed a 200hr yoga teacher training program and are passionate about the practice.

Our Quad Cities yoga teacher training program offers an opportunity for remarkable growth and change while learning the essential skills for sharing yoga with others. Limited to 10 trainees, housed in excellent facilities in the District of Rock Island, and aimed at both teaching skills and personal growth, this course is an immersive yoga experience.

So extremely pleased that I found Evan and Kelly at Tapas Yoga Shala to teacher me the foundations in the 200 hour teacher training program! The program has been so rewarding and their commitment to producing high quality teachers make me proud to have been apart if such a wonderful program! Will be forever grateful!! Full Review
