Orion has been teaching yoga in Thailand since 2005. Our Orion Vinyasa training incorporates all the incredible aspects that Orion Centre has to offer, to create a training that will embraces yoga, wellness & nutrition and a holistic understanding of the body. 

This training covers all aspects key of vinyasa yoga and gives students the tools necessary to deepen their practice and share their love of yoga with others. The training allows for the individual to find his or her own practice, through deep connection with oneself, respect and compassion. 

Combining classes, hands-on workshops and group sessions with expert tuition, our senior teaching team will support you in deepening your personal practice, purifying your mind and body, to clear out negative emotions, toxins, and fully awakening your system in this Yoga Alliance Certified 200-RYT Vinyasa program that will give you the confidence and qualification to start teaching yoga classes in studios and retreat centres worldwide.

During the curriculum of 4 weeks we will dive deep into yoga theory and philosophy, take daily asana classes, anatomy, alignment, hands-on adjustments and modifications for injury-free classes, vinyasa sequencing, ethics and best practice, practice teaching in small groups and large groups.

You will be fuelled by delicious vegan buffet meals in our award-winning beach front restaurant and have access to our sauna, ice bath and the opportunity to partake in workshops and community events held at Orion, outside of the course hours.
