I absolutely loved every course I have taken through ChildLight Education Company. Each instructor had amazing energy, was enthusiastic and passionate not only about yoga but on the emotional, mental and physical well-being of children. I felt engaged and inspired throughout the workshops and trainings. I felt participants were welcomed to actively share and be involved throughout each session. Each ChildLight instructor was extremely knowledgable and provide us with a wealth of ideas and tips to use in our own classes. I appreciated how the instructors were able to share their personal experiences as yoga teachers for children and with students of all ages in a variety of settings. Their manuals offers heaps of information, fantastic ideas, suggestions, sample classes and amazing visuals. I learned so much with ChildLight and I am so grateful for the opportunity to train with them. Looking forward to futures ChildLight workshops and trainings. Full Review

The ChildLight Education Company teacher training program unfolds like a peak pose sequence; each class and week builds off the previous learnings, and by the end of the program you feel right where you are. As teachers, Sally and Megan have an incredible depth of knowledge in asana, alignment, and the underpinning philosophy guiding a lot of the "why" behind the practice. Sally and Megan's presence and approach to teaching keeps you engaged and enthused, and as a result enables you to develop into a better practitioner. Full Review
