Yoga Sacred Space is a Yoga Alliance Registered Training School of Yoga based In Wicklow, Ireland Run by teresa murphy moore

It is my goal to train her teachers to become not just teachers of yoga, but Masters of Yoga. my longtime well loved and respected course , now online training course and standards have set the bar high. This ensures her teachers are highly qualified and Yoga Alliance Certified.
This course is diverse rich from learning teaching skills , how to refine your practice safely , the mechanics of yoga, mantra and chant , philosophy and rich in spirituality.how to self cafre the body with ayurveda beauty practices.

Requirements: An enthusiasm and experience of the practise, preferably 2 years of classes and a regular daily practise. The course is a 200 hour course following the Yoga Alliance standards and registered.

Yoga Sacred Space was a second home to me, the YTT lead by the ever enchanting and knowledgeable Teresa, changes lives. I do my best to live a yogi life with a heart centered path ~ following the beautiful teachings of the space created by her. Teresa often brought special invitees to class ~ to help us deepen our knowledge and motivate us in our practice. The Yoga Sacred Space YTT is ever inspiring and I would recommend it to anyone!
