Shri Gaia Institute celebrates the abundance of our Earth and aims at raising the awareness of its inhabitants through mind, body and spirit practices. With the ancient science of Yoga at its core, Shri Gaia focuses on conscious evolution through movement and stillness. Training programs run under the experienced guidance of internationally acclaimed teacher Tanya Popovich, Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga), E-RYT 500. Tanya has trained in various modern and classical yoga styles including Jivamukti, Anusara, Sivananda, Trika, Unnata and other. As a strong advocate of Unity in Diversity, Tanya brings a unique non-dogmatic approach to her teaching, looking for that common One that unites and is beyond methods and styles. As such, all our trainings are a wonderful mixture of classical and modern wisdom, incorporating into the teachings spirituality, lifestyle, discipline and community. Trainings vary from fast paced Vinyasa, dynamic alignment based Hatha flow to classical Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and gentle Accessible Yoga styles.
