1. Techniques Training/Practice - This session mainly includes the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice led by an experienced yoga teacher. This also covers pranayamas & chanting mantra
2. Yoga Sutras of Patanjali - Selected Yoga Sutras of Patanjali out of 196 sutras.
3. Teaching Methodology - This is an important session where you will be learning proper alignment and adjustment techniques. This includes how to teach and practice the techniques. principles of demonstration, observation, assisting and correcting, instruction, teaching styles
4. Anatomy & Physiology - The objective of this session is to understand the basic terminology of Human body. Also you will learn the functional aspects of bones, joints, muscles and effects of different asanas on different organs.
5. Meditation - Meditation Guru guides you to learn the Meditation Technique for beginners who are eager to learn Meditation, understand Life and to come out of the problems with greater understandings. It is
