Downward Dog Yoga Centre offers a diverse range of classes suitable to all levels.

Many of Canada’s leading instructors have studied at Downward Dog.

We welcome you to join us at in the bustling Queen and Ossington neighbourhood.

We offer a broad range of programming for students at every stage of their yoga journey. From Prep Level (beginner) to Advanced Vinyasa classes and one of Canada’s longest running Mysore (self practice) programs – you can find the method, classes and teachers to meet you as you develop.

As dedicated practitioners themselves, our roster of teachers each adopt their own unique style that finds their work and personalities infused into each and every class. We also offer a variety of workshops to further your learning and development, including classes with guest teachers from around the world.

Training content was really good - taking a yoga therapy lens/approach to educating us on vinyasa yoga & yoga philosophy. Area to improve is the organization of the overall training and material shared which has been put in place since I completed the training. Full Review
