About Yoga & Yoga Barcelona

Our school is inclusive, non-dogmatic and it embraces yoga diversity in a vital, but non competitive atmosphere. There are different styles of yoga and different levels. We guide every student so they can learn and grow at their own path. In our centre we offer regular classes of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, group classes, privates, retreats and workshops. We also offer a Hatha Vinyasa teacher Training 200h YAR. All our classes, in their different styles want to create a safe space where everybody can explore their own potential, getting to know and respect themselves through the practice of yoga.

By far one of the best yoga school I have studied at. Rocío, the founder of the school, is very experienced and professional and offers a space where a student can practice and sink deep into yoga as something personal and authentic, something to make yours and carry with you for life. Full Review
