It is not important how strong or flexible we are to join a Yoga Teacher Training.
Yoga is much more as just Asanas, they are just a tool to control our mind. The discipline
and mind work is the difficult part. It is very important, that we understand that Yoga
is a nonstop development and learning process, the training is just a door we open to
deepen this knowledge.
If you want to work hard and with discipline, we are the right school for you. Our course includes
Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. The two styles are two sides of the same coin. The practice and use
of both practices should result in a well-rounded experience for you and your teachings.
Hatha Yoga is an ancient and traditional system that includes the practice of stable Asanas
and Pranayama, which help to balance body and mind, preparing the body for deeper
spiritual practices such as Meditation.
The word “Vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way”.
In Vinyasa Yoga, students coordinate movement with the breath to flow from one pose to the next.
The order or variance of the poses can change.

for 12 trainees per course. Small groups ensure a maximum support on your way as a yoga teacher.
We are always there for our students and it is the quality, not the quantity of trainees which make
our training special.

The school is situated in a typical canary village called Tejina,
just 4 km from Bajamar, which has nice beach and huge natural swimming pools.
Gayatri has pretty gardens, chill-out zones, Wi-Fi and a swimming pool.
