Open your body and balance your energy using our unique take on incorporating the 7 chakras of yoga with 37 postures. This will allow you to explore the physical and energetic aspects of yoga and gain a better understanding of alignment, transitions, and cueing.
Our program is designed to build familiarity using a set sequence. We guide you in fine-tuning the subtle alignment of the anatomical and energetic body by focusing on 7 specific areas of the body. The set sequence will ultimately culminate into our Signature Foundational Yoga Class, which will give graduating students the skills and confidence to teach it or design their own class. You’ll learn to target neglected areas of the body through powerful breath work, balancing, hip openers, core exercises, and backbends that stretch and strengthen the entire body, from root to crown.
Our online learning introduces subject matter in digestible increments to streamline learning outcomes. This also allows you to review the content more than once, including all class sequences and pose breakdowns. The intention behind the set sequence is consistency in practice. Having a deep understanding of each of the poses and how they align with each chakra energy system is paramount to mastering the signature class.
