Sharaddha Yoga School has our root from traditional lineage Sivananda Yoga, and we also have been influenced from contemporary yoga school called Anusara Yoga, which focuses both on the spiritual aspect of yoga and the deeper understanding of human anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of how human body works with yoga asanas as well.

Our school strength point is while we keep the traditional root of Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, we also are evolving with the knowledgeable and ever-changing world around us too.
