LOCATION & FORMAT
The Sangha Yoga Teacher Training programs are held in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and are designed for people traveling in from out of town. They run in eight day immersion modules:

Senior ParaYoga teacher, Karina Ayn Mirsky is a widely sought after yoga and meditation educator. She is the director of Sangha Yoga, a faculty member of the Himalayan Institute/Yoga International, and an adjunct professor of Yoga Studies at Antioch University Midwest.  Karina has been teaching yoga since 1998 and training yoga teachers since 2003. She was one of the first certified teachers of Rod Stryker's ParaYoga. Her teachings reflect her understanding of yoga as a modern science, an ancient spiritual system, and catalyst for personal transformation. Karina’s background in massage therapy and East-West Psychology, and her personal experiences with Injury and Lymphatic Cancer help her to create a safe and supportive environment for others. In 2008, Karina was featured in Yoga Journal as one of 21 teachers under the age of 40 who is shaping the future of yoga in America.  Learn more about Karina.
