Sun Yoga School built following the yogic tradition of Ghatastha Yoga. It refers to the concept of finding inner equilibrium and stability. It is derived from two Sanskrit words: "ghata" meaning "pot" and "stha" meaning "standing" or "situated." Ghatastha Yoga is often associated with finding balance and poise within oneself. Mastering various yoga poses to enhance physical and mental strength, balance, and flexibility.

Furthermore, we are at Sun Yoga School focuses on harmonizing the different aspects of the human system, including the physical body, energy, emotions, and mind. It emphasizes balance, stillness, and centeredness as key qualities to cultivate in one's practice and in life.

Our practitioners are encouraged to maintain a steady and comfortable posture while addressing the balance between effort and surrender. It emphasizes the need to find stability in asanas (postures) by aligning the body properly and maintaining a calm and focused mind throughout the practice.

Moreover, Sun Yoga School places importance on controlled breathing techniques (pranayama) in order to regulate the flow of prana (vital energy) within the body. By harmonizing the breath, practitioners aim to bring equanimity to their physiological and mental processes.

In summary, we encourages individuals to find harmony and stability by aligning the body, breath, and mind. It emphasizes the importance of finding balance, both internally and externally, in order to experience a deeper sense of well-being, tranquility, and self-realization.
