B.A.Y. Lifestyle was an incredible experience for me. I have been practicing yoga for over 5 years and knew this was a journey I wanted to embark on. I made connections with people in the current area I have been living in and was introduced to the teacher at BAY. She is incredible, as well as the others teachers she provided in the training as well. The environment that was created for us was one that allowed me to open up in ways I never have before. I felt like I was given all the material and teaching tools to become a teacher and to share this practice with others, as I graduated. We had many chances to teach full classes, which helped my overall confidence and love of yoga improve greatly. I told my teacher that I would do this a million times over again and she knows I will be visiting as much as possible. I would recommend this teacher training to anyone who is interested in this. B.A.Y. lifestyle helped me see things in myself that I haven't been able to see before. Beautiful community, program, and home to practice becoming a yoga teacher in the heart of Puerto Rico. I had a wonderful experience in my teacher training program. Johanna is very knowledgeable in yoga. She is a patient teacher. She is very passionate. The love she has for yoga is very contagious. I will always be grateful for my teacher and Beyond Asana Yoga Lifestyles. Full Review
