Inner Heart Yoga & Holistic Institute offers High Quality Yoga Teacher Training Programs in Kerala, India. Our specialities are in-depth trainings on Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Trapeze, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Hatha at Odayam Beach, Kerala. Over 700 people have received Yoga Certification from our school in the last eight years and they teach and contribute to their yoga communities  in Europe, Canada, Asia, Australia, USA,  the Middle East, Africa and Central and South America.

Our Teacher Trainings are given in Small groups - limited to 16 people per course.   Therapy and  Restorative Teacher Training is limited to 12 People.  Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is limited to 14 people.

All our programs are carefully designed in accordance with the 200 hour requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance. At the end of the course you will be a Certified Yoga Instructor, eligible to register with Yoga Alliance. You will be qualified to teach the style of your training.
