In the classes, she focuses on making you work on your body alignment and adjustment by practicing various yoga asanas and motivating you to integrate the practice of Hatha yoga into your daily routine. During her classes, expect to work hard and to leave refreshed, energized, and with a calm state of mind. She also combines the breath (pranayama) knowledge along with asana to flow in the asana easily and help the students by giving individual attention in her classes to help them improve and push them to motivate but by keeping in mind to respect the body and work on each students body differently if needed  and give techniques on spot by find what fits better for the students to go to pose easier or helps them in a way that creates awareness and to make it in safest way without making any injuries or damage to oneself .
