We at Joey Dance Yoga take pride in our commitment to providing high-quality yoga education and training. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our offerings, we have applied to be a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance.

Yoga Alliance is the largest international nonprofit organization that serves to promote and support the integrity and diversity of the yoga profession. It is dedicated to establishing standards for yoga teacher training programs, ensuring that yoga schools meet the highest educational standards in the industry.

As a Registered Yoga School (RYS), we are committed to providing our students with the best possible yoga education and training. Our program covers a wide range of topics, including yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and teaching methodology.

Upon completion of our verified training, students who meet Yoga Alliance's standards may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance offers numerous benefits, including increased credibility and recognition within the yoga community, access to continuing education opportunities, and potential job opportunities at studios that require or prefer a Yoga Alliance certification.
