Hari Om is such a unique experience. The location is absolutely beautiful, and Matea and Acyuta taught me so much about yoga postures, philosophy, anatomy, and ayurveda. I am so happy to have completed my training here and would recommend it to anyone interested in yoga immersion. Full Review

Taking my yoga teacher training at Hari OM was the most transformative experience of my life. My instructor Matea is full of knowledge and wisdom. She is an incredible instructor who wants all her students to succeed. I feel confident in my ability to teach classes because of all the practice this training offers. My favourite aspect of the course was learning yogic philosophy and Ayurveda. I’m forever grateful to be apart of the Hari OM family. Full Review
