Sri Sri School of Yoga: Teacher Training

Our Vision is to bring Authentic Yoga Education to the World!

The Sri Sri Yoga Edge

Take a holistic approach to yoga thatworks for people from any background, lifestyle, age, and state of fitness. Regular practice of Sri Sri Yoga improves your flexibility, strength, and physical well-being — as well as enhancing peace of mind. The postures, breathing, meditation, and relaxation, accompanied by inspirational wisdom and teachings from the yoga tradition, spur you on in your pursuit of well-being and harmony of body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Authentic Teachings
Yoga is so much more than just physical exercise. Sri Sri Yoga draws on a long lineage to provide a depth and breadth of authentic yoga teachings and practices. A Sri Sri Yoga practice is multidimensional and includes traditional asanas (postures), simple pranayamas (breathing techniques), guided meditation, and yoga’s wisdom teachings, which offer guidance on living a fully blossomed life.

Nurturing Approach
Experience a non-judgmental atmosphere in which you can find your own edge-of stretching without pain, of pushing yourself without competing. Without over-focusing on physical prowess or bendiness, students in Sri Sri Yoga are encouraged in self-acceptance and individual definitions of success as they gradually increase their capacities.

International Presence
Throughout the world, the Sri Sri School of Yoga and Art of Living Foundation create opportunities to connect with other Sri Sri Yoga teachers and practitioners — and offer a multitude of options for participating in continuing education through classes and trainings. Additionally, the Sri Sri Yoga Teacher Training is the first program in North America aligned to the standards of the internationally recognized QCI certification.

This program gave me a true understanding of yoga and it's depth. Beyond the physical asanas, this program was a deeply healing and significant experience for me. I suggest that anyone who is looking for a real connection to yogic practices take this training. Full Review
