Welcome to Yen Yoga & Fitness! We are a teacher-based, multidisciplinary yoga and fitness studio in Traverse City, Michigan. We serve a vibrant community of learners who wish to live life in a balanced, healthy, ethical and joy-filled way. It is our mission to support our community by developing each student’s practice and well-being as a personal journey that emphasizes mind, body and spirit.

Yen Yoga & Fitness is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete an approved training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
