The main objective of Heartfulness Yoga classes is to introduce students and train teachers not only to classical yoga asanas but to the ultimate goal of Yoga, which is oneness. During the course, students will be exposed to a comprehensive approach of the eight steps of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga from the Yama/Niyamas to Meditation and Samadhi. We offer experience and training in Hatha and Raja Yoga.
