As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.
Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

The Dynamic Mindfulness teacher training with Tatjana was truly wonderful. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from Tatjana - she is an excellent teacher. The training transformed the way I move on the mat and live off of it! To this day I still find myself looking through my training notes and having new insights. :) I highly recommend this training with Dynamic Mindfulness. Thank you, Tatjana!

A wonderful yoga school accessible in Berlin or through online studies, providing education that sparks interest in curious & like-minded people, bringing them together to navigate the yoga world - always asking questions, discussing & moving mindfully. Mindful meditation in the heart of the practice is something unique and cannot be found easily in today's world.

I am truly thankfull for this enriching experience. Tatjana was a gentle, but precise teacher helping us all in the group to grow, by looking what is already Ok in our practice and teaching. Thank to this training I was able to believe in myself as a teacher. Last but not least, what Tatjana teaches about movement is safe and evidence based, which I think is important.

To what extent do you feel this program met the following learning objective; The student will become confident with human anatomy within the context of teaching yoga
Mostly
All the above were in the curriculum except for two points: 30. In class assissting - to my knowledge this is part of the advanced 300 hour teacher training at the studio. 37. It wasn't a requirement to attend classes from other schoold during the training or hand in a written reflection about it.

The dynamic mindfulness teacher training was transformational to my yoga practice. It changed my approach to my physical practice from one of striving to achieve to one of just being and accepting, a much more nurturing, grounding and mindful approach. I learned to question sources rather than take things as given facts. Questioning, for example, the benefits of going deeper in poses and that physically deeper is not always better – on the contrary. The benefits of practice vary greatly from person to person depending on their abilities and goals and it has sparked my interest in diving deeper into how yoga can become more inclusive and accessible. The fact that this training is based in Zen Buddhism was one of the reasons I chose it and the very grounded and down to earth knowledge and insights I gained in this area accompany me on a daily basis for which I am grateful.

This 200h TT conveys a good mixture of traditional knowledge and teaching and contemporary styles and insights. In my experience this teacher training really leads to self-compassion which effects the own praxis on the mat as well as daily life situations off the matt in a very positive way. Great insights I now will be able to share with other.

Dynamic Mindfulness is one of the best Berlin based yoga teacher trainings. The whole journey is about you and your own paths and ways through clearly communicated estavlisched yoga structures. The "only" thing you actually get is a great method, that is based on profound knowledge and long term practice. It is a moving-meditation training I wholeheartedly recommend.
