About This Workshop

Some yoga teachers are uncomfortable with incorporating philosophy into their classes. They don’t want to offend anyone’s belief systems or dissuade students from the practice by sounding too New Age. This workshop will cover tools to help teachers move past their blocks, so that they feel comfortable and confident sharing yoga philosophy with students. Learn three practical tips for incorporating yoga philosophy themes into your classes or workshops.

About the Presenter

Crystal Moore, RYT 500, started her yoga journey more than a decade ago. The practice has been transformational, marked by significantly improved strength and matched by shifts in attitude, faith, relationships, and spirituality. Acute illness brought Crystal to her mat; her encounters with the Divine keep her coming back. Crystal makes yoga accessible to students of all abilities, ages, bodies, shapes and sizes through her community-focused classes. Her personal mantra: May you listen to the still, soft voice within your heart, and have the courage to follow wherever it prompts.
