About This Workshop

Join yoga teachers and scholars Nicolai Bachman and Shawn Parell as they explore the foundations of three Indian philosophies: Vedanta, Samkhya, and Yoga. They will discuss the origins of these models, as well as share modern interpretations on how they intersect. They will also offer insight on how these contexts formed the foundation for yoga and can be applied to the practice of yoga today.
