About the Presenter Show
Pritpal Kaur Khalsa is an accomplished teacher of Kundalini yoga, meditation, and yogic lifestyle. In her role as CEO of 3HO Foundation, Pritpal brings her vast experience and passion for sharing a wellness technology that has given thousands of people around the world a pathway to health, happiness, and wholeness. She is the founder of Inner Works Wellness Center of Southern California, author of Excel and Celebrate, Sacred Circles for Women, a spiritual life coach, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500, Kundalini Research Institute Level 3 Lead Trainer and Mentor, and Certified Pilates Instructor. Ms. Khalsa earned her BA in Art and Education from Rutgers University.
