About the Presenter Show
Rose Weaver, a pro-aging advocate, writer, performer, and producer of her plays Menopause Mama and Black Women Taking Off The Masks, holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Brown University and Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts Degrees from Marymount Manhattan, Providence College, and Wheaton College. Her career spans 47 years as a Screen Actor’s Guild/Actor’s Equity actress/singer in all media, a teacher in higher education, and private coaching. CEO of her non-profit organization, Waterspill Junction, Rose uses creative writing, spoken word, song, and vision boarding as tools to show how to be present with Pro-active Aging and self-healing. She has practiced yoga, meditation, the Laws of Attraction, and the Power of Intention principles for over 40 years to enrich her life as an artist and activist.
